Hallway Outside MCA #10, Late Saturday Morning
After checking his nails... yup, still covered by gloves... Deadpool knocked on the door. He never realized how interesting this hallway was.
Because it was.
Really.
Aly
It was a long thirty seconds for Aly to recognise the knock then stand up slowly, moving to the door and pulling it open. "Hey," she said, giving him a small smile that concealed the vast majority of her shock at the visit.
Not that any tension there caused the kittens to stop tumbling over themselves as they tried to attack Deadpool's feet in joy.
Deadpool
"Mail call," He said, hanging over the package and letter given to him by Arashi.
And poked at the kittens with his foot.
Aaww, still murderous lil' things.
Aly
She raised an eyebrow, stepping back into her apartment. "Want to come in?" she asked, starting to open the letter curiously.
Ow took the poke as an attack and launched his own, covered the foot with his body as he went for the ankle.
Deadpool
"Not really," Deadpool said, nudging Ow to get the kitten on it's back. "'m good in the hallway. All... hallway-y."
Aly
"Up to you," Aly said, leaning against the wall to read the letter then open the package, shaking the directions out to look at them carefully.
Ow apparently liked the hallway as he ended up on his back, all four paws extended to capture the evil foot.
Deadpool
And was squished!
Only not.
Because that was just adorable.
"So! We leave tomorrow, you think?"
Aly
She glanced up at him. "You want to wait until tomorrow?"
Ow was back on his feet, stalking the other foot, the skulking foot, the one that would not evade him.
Deadpool
"I was going to let you get all your stuff ready, but we can always go now."
Aly
"Let me change," she said. And get more knives, but that part was obvious. "I'll meet you at the Causeway."
Deadpool
"Can do!" Deadpool said cheerfully, reaching down to grab the ball of angry fur. "Yours."
Aly
"Yours first," she said wryly, reaching to take the kitten and pin him close to her chest to avoid the teeth. "Half an hour?"
Deadpool
Deadpool nodded, saluting a little. "See ya then!"
Aly
"In a bit," Aly said quietly, nodding to him before turning to go to her bedroom.
