I passed the National Board Exam! That means I'm eligible to become an intern embalmer for real in August. I got a 90% on the arts portion and an 88% on the sciences. I'm pretty happy with that.
I'm taking Spanish and Arabic with my school, since I get 6 credit hours waived for each semester I teach a class in and since it means I can keep deferring my loans, and oh man. The Spanish is mostly bringing back stuff I already knew, and I'm having fun. I'm having fun with Arabic, too, but it's hard. Probably because it's a new sound system AND a new alphabet, and I'm taking it online. But I'm figuring it out slowly.
I still need to kick my own ass and get writing again. Ugh I am so terrible at this.
