question e books
I have no more room for books! I want to start reading books that I can download to a device. One of my sisters has a new Kindell and its very nice, but I don't think I want a Kindell because Amazon forces you to only buy books from them. I read a book a day, so I can't afford $10.00 each. My other sister has a Sony and at least she has some choices where she gets her material, but she still mostly pays for it..
Out local library has some downloadable books for free, but most of them aren't compatible with my Mac. I heard about the new device that Borders is putting out that sounds more universal. But I'm also thinking about buying one of the smallest lap-top computers and just using that.
Any thoughts? Any regrets or dislikes with any of the above solutions that you've tried?
