... to write a Zuko/Aang drabble, in hopes of inspiring ladyelleth's Avatar!fic efforts. But I'm really out of practice. I couldn't get it down to 100 words, and it's not slashy at all. Oh well, writing exercise is good, right?

At least, a mention of the political situation! (that was woefully left out of the finale, but okay, I won´t complain anymore. *grumblegrumble*)
So sad, to imagine Iroh dead. And yet, both Zuko and Aang seem to have matured a lot. The effect created by those few lines is one of two older people who have learned to think about things instead of rushing over to do whatever.

Effect, which, BTW, is instantly ruined as soon as I see your icon, LOL.

Agree with LE, they both do seem to have grown up a lot (although Zuko will NEVER grow out of his teen angst, he wouldn't be Zuko without the brooding) and the dialogue is very in-character, really sounds like the way they would speak. I even forgive you killing off Iroh. ;_;
