Random pic-spam to show I am still alive and playing!
Playing sims is my chill-time, my reward, my cheerer-upper, my escape, my comfort.... well you're all sims gamers so you know what I mean.
I have not played either my OWBC or my WYD challenges for years - yes years! You see, when I load my game I usually play hoods I don't publish from, I don't want to do that unless I KNOW I will be able to write an update straightaway, and I don't want to write an update till I am more into the sims community again.... it's a bit of a catch 22 really.
The last couple of years it was full-time studying which kept me out of the community, and now it's having a full-time job which is keeping me out. I only started my new job a month ago and there is still SO MUCH to learn, but I hope that once I get more skilled at my job I will be less tired in the evenings and hopefully, fingers crossed, get back into the simming community. Till then, I shall lurk. :)

I don't know - the only captions I can think of are just wrong. At least Sharla Ottomas here seems like a girl who isn't easily persuaded.
Staying with the Ottomas, here we have the wedding of Tommy Ottomas and Marylena. The guy with the glasses facing the wrong way is John Ottomas and the guy in the red silk wear is Calvin Ottomas. John is one of the twins Samantha was carrying (he has a twin sister) and Calvin is the last baby that you just HAVE to have to fulfill granny Dora's LTW.
Anyone else just staring at the floating rock?
Talking of floating things and babies ...
... you DO all know they get fun from lying on the floor, yes?
I have a feeling that this big brother would love to lie on the floor with his younger sibling, but alas, not till he's at college will he have an option to lie on the floor, and even then it's only to sleep.

Another stray simself on a random walk-by, completely ruining a tearful adoption scene! She even had the audacity to wave at me!
Talking of adoptions, this child was a lovely surprise - though I find she has a suspicious likeness to the postman. Hmmm....
And talking of likeness - I have a feeling that the cheering "dad" might not the dad at all. Oh I do love to mess with the family trees sometimes.
The mum in the previous pic was actually the result of an alien abduction of a male asylum challenge inmate, so you can't blame her for being a little messed up.
Talking of asylums, I've started (but not played) one where all the Hobby Icons are the residents. I'm pretty certain it's going to be fun to play.
