Ok , slowly but steadily I'm getting on with this, and now after finishing my BA thesis I hope to read a lot more for pleasure (I read an awful lot of secondary literature for my thesis which doesn't count for this, so...)

The wonderful Spanish writer Ana María Matute died this wednesday.... I'm writing my BA thesis about an aspect of her work, so 'Ive studied her quite a lot, and I've come to really love her short stories (I've only read one novel so far), and it makes me so sad to think she's gone now ( Read more... )
