Not really staying on line yet, but so far this CIA boot camp has been incredible.
My team decided on our final project for Friday, an appetizer that has to have sea scallops and an entree that has to have to have beef tenderloin:
App: Seared sea scallops with corn flapjacks and orange-honey butter with sweet potato crisps.
Entree: Beef tenderloin with a balsamic reduction on a bed of wilted spinach, risotto cakes, sauteed red and yellow peppers
