Hello everybody~.
I've been thinking about what I can do to increase the liveliness this community. I'm super, super, seuperrr psyched about how successful it is already, but I'm curious as to if anyone has any ideas to encourage growth within the community. I have a couple of ideas I want to put forth. Anon commenting will be on, so feel free to

Reiterating what I wrote to two anons above:
First, if there is any support I can offer to you, I am happy to be contacted here or on my personal LJ, or even via Twitter / Tumblr / AIM / email. Details are in the Mod Contact post. Please, please, please do contact me, even if you just want to rant to get it off your chest.
Second, fills are kept track of on a delicious archive: http://www.delicious.com/f1slash_kink - there wonderful, dedicated, amazing person behind this who isn't me and she has each prompt post tracked and updates it every time she's able, so new fills, regardless of the post, are kept tabs on. I know most anons I know track their own prompts (at least, I do) so I get notifications when I get a fill. That's the only way we can work out to keep people updated on new fills. If anyone thinks a weekly / monthly update of new fills posted to the main comm would be beneficial, please let me know!
Now for the other thoughts I've just had:
How often do you guys check the main community? (That is to say, not just the current prompt post). I know there are a few Watchers who see updates on their Flists, but I don't know beyond that, I've no idea if anyone who isn't a watcher actually checks the community other than the prompt post, and if you don't, would it be helpful to post important comm updates in the prompt posts under the mod account to keep you informed?
Commenting in response to fills I'm gonna hold my hands up and admit to the fact I don't always comment, and that's something I'm working on. Can anyone come up with an idea that may encourage commenting? I'm in a lot of communities that offer things like award graphics or the like, but I don't really think it'd work with an anon community. Any ideas, anyone? I, myself, write obscure pairings, so I know it's kinda crappy when nobody responds to your writing. Again, this relates back to my second point - does anyone think that a monthly roundup would encourage you to comment, as they'd be easier to find? Tell me why you don't comment - and be honest. In all honesty, I don't comment out of laziness and the fact I'm usually reading something on my way to work so I forget. As I said, I'm working on this.
Keep the discussions going! I'm really interested in what you all have to say!
