It'll never happen again...

Made a really nummy batch of noodles tonight, which I wasn't sure would turn out, and unfortunately may never be able to quite recreate:

Start a pile of wide egg noodles cooking. Squeeze lime juice over yellowfin tuna steaks. Dust with pasilla pepper powder. Sear in a frying pan with olive oil and remove from pan. Deglaze pan with pinot grigio. Reduce thoroughly. Add the leftover gravy from a batch of braised chicken and garlic (basically 40 clove chicken with pinot grigio sauce) that's been sitting in the fridge. Reduce thoroughly. Add a partial pint of heavy cream that's been sitting in the fridge (NOT soured yet!). Reduce thoroughly. Pour over cooked noodles. Stir. Eat. YUM. (The fish is pretty good, too...)
