1. Well, the freeversefic deadline has come and gone, and there are a lot of stories missing. A bunch of people have contacted me to let me know they'll be late (or nonexistent), but as seems to happen in challenges, a lot of people have simply disappeared. And if you have any poem snippets that end up not getting written [ie. you don't hear from the authors at all], let me know. I'm sure we can pinch hit a few more stories for you....

It's not the kind of challenge that needs pinch hitters, fortunately. If a writer doesn't finish, it's no skin off my back. But if you're looking for inspiration, check back with me in a couple of weeks, as I'm likely to have some extra poetry lying around.

I'll get in touch with you guys shortly about setting up the archive.

Gah. Just...completely forgot. Sorry. With work and my kitten, it's been a crazy couple of weeks. I'll have my story finished as soon as I can.

No problem; it's just easier, when people are turning things in late, if I know what's going on with people. It seems to have been a crazy summer for everyone. Take your time, and comment in the community when it's finished.

I flaked on my challenge, because I spaced the deadline. However, I plan on working on it this weekend. (I'm kind of glad I spaced because I was going to do Farscape, but having seen the season premiere, now I think I'm going to do BSG instead.) I will email you when it's posted.

Thanks for letting me know. And yay for BSG fic-- surprisingly, there haven't been any BSG or Stargate-verse stories yet.
