It's getting harder and harder to find decent Skins caps, it seems. It only took me 4 days to realize that the subtitles on my copy weren't hard-coded after all! What a doofus I am. So here they are, in case anyone needs them! I'm not a pro-capper by any means, and I only used VLC, but they're better than nothing!
