I swam today, and I did 20 laps in half an hour! I did two sets of 9 laps, broken up by a couple of arm, leg, and abs exercises I made up, and then 2 "cool down" laps. I love swimming. That and dance are the only "sports" or exercise I will do willingly. And I danced around my room last night, when I had had a little bit o' whiskey. XD So fun
