Parenhood
Rhiannon is 5 weeks old today which hardly seems possible and is piling on the pounds which is a good sign as I'm breast feeding and had a bit of difficulty to start with. She's noticeably bigger too but is going through growth spurts so wants feeding constantly. She then ends up with severe wind or colic and won't burp when I wind her, screams the place down and gets exhausted but won't sleep. I'll be glad when this stage passes as it's exhausting.
She wakes several times for feeds through the night too but on a good night will at least go straight back to sleep afterwards.
I love her to bits but to say becoming a Mum has completely changed my life is an understatement! All I can say is thank goodness I have David, Mum, Dad and Peter to help out or I'd go insane!
