Star Trek
Despite its near complete lack of real plot, I enjoyed the J.J. Abrams "Star Trek" more than I had expected.
The new cast were all surprisingly believable as the Trek crew, and I can see them coming back for future adventures, though hopefully with more interesting storylines and better villains than Eric Bana's lame Romulan.
Still, acting, FX, costumes, etc. were pretty spot on.
Overall, it was "fun" and if you didn't expect it to be TOO cerebral, enjoyable to see an attempt at reimagining ST:TOS.
