My friend Natalia (whom some of you on my friends list also know, of course) is subletting her Brooklyn apartment while she's in Berlin for at least 5 months and maybe as long as year.
Her apartment is a spacious 1-bedroom in a clean, accessible building directly across the street from Prospect Park (a total bonus) and a short walk from the 15th St. traffic circle and subway stop. This is a fantastic neighborhood, close to parks (obviously), cafes, a movie theater and even Greenwood Cemetery.
