I got back to St Albans on Wednesday, and went to see Flying Lotus in Vauxhall on Thursday. He was good, but the venue was a bit of a let down after reading great reviews of it. Our holiday in Les Deux Alpes was lovely. The chalet-mates were all very nice, the view beautiful, and the powdery snow amazing. We went on a day-trip to Serre Chevalier in the middle of the week. Absolutely stunning, over an extensive area full of tree-lined runs and half the people of Deux Alpes. I'll definitely look into it for next time. The ( Read more... )

I'm back at home now. We just about survived a stuffy 5 hour train journey down from Glasgow (6 hours door-to-door) with no working plug sockets and extortionate cups of tea. £1.40!
