Wormtooth Nation
Oh, college films! This is a really fun one: Wormtooth Nation. It's a steampunk loose retelling of A Midsummer Night's Dream put together by a couple of college kids in Iowa. I stumbled upon it via an ad atop my beloved Girl Genius Friday update. I am thoroughly impressed! They filmed it all in decaying industrial buildings. A revolution brews amongst the underclass of The City! There are muttonchops and petticoats! Good times.
Edited to add: HOLY CRAP REALLY GUYS YOU SHOULD WATCH THIS. Post-haste. I'm six episodes in and seriously considering buying the DVD--it's just $15, after all, and they have my support for letting me watch it for free first. Allow me to reiterate: I cannot recommend it to you strongly enough, and I am rarely this impressed.
