So, it's basically down to Hilary and Ron Paul and maybe Romney, for me. I know Ron Paul's kind of a long shot, but I will still vote for him in the primaries. If two of those three are the final two, I have no idea what I'll do. Probably Ron Paul. Today I ran into Elizabeth Seidel at Science Day, and I can't remember who she wanted to win or liked, but I do recall, "This is the first intelligent conversation I've had since I got here." Or something to that extent. Art students don't usually make good, inteligent conversation. Apparently.
It's nice to have found other people as smart as me. Most of them smarter. I haven't really made too many new friends, but I expect that will start more when classes start up.
Today was the first day of American History 103. The teacher, Dr. Thurber, seems pretty cool. Like three times today he said, "And I don't believe in that." The first time was in reference to big text books, one was something about long tests and the last was about cumulative final exams. It was freaking awesome. So basically all of our tests are about forty questions, our textbooks are small and cheap and our final only covers the last chapter and everything is weighted the same. Plus there is NO ATTENDANCE POLICY!! The class seems like it's going to be pretty easy; read and answer the questions about the reading. I'm hoping so; I hate history.
I'm going to Psychology in a few hours and the teacher seems pretty organized, which is, agian, awesome.
I saw Joe 40 today at breakfast. I was going to say hi, but decided against it. It's weird seeing people from Herndon. Except for Emerly and Suraj, of course.
"Can you help me out with my chem-is-tryyy?"
