Oh god. I'm amazing. If there were cameras around I'd be smiling at them. But yeah, anyway, so listen to this. I actually refused to get up this morning. In a dog-like fashion, I "played dead" and laid in bed for a while. My mom made a commendable effort though. To get me up, I mean. But I was on a mission this morning.
So yeah, I actually just didn't get up and I've never been late before, and I don't PLAN on ever being late, so my mom was like "If you stay home today, that's fine, but I'm not letting you go with everyone on Tuesday." and my heart like STOPPED. I hadn't mulled that part over. So, thinking quick, I was like "No! Come on! I've never been late before! And I need to go on Tuesday! Without _____ I am nothing!" (Why yes I was going for Amanda Bynes-esque there, by the way.) And my mom stared at me for a while before nodding and was like "Fine. But after Tuesday you can't miss ANY other days."
I think I just murdered my chances of going anywhere tonight though. That's my punishment...maybe I'll be able to convince my mom to let me go somewhere if I'm REALLY wanted. But we'll see. For now though, I'm just gonna sit at my computer and enjoy my last weekday at home for a while.
