Bit busy today bashing my brains out working in CS3 Flash, I always forget how convoluted it is.

So anyway...

Here's a typical British Submariner's weekly menu from 1941

Bon appetite! (as they never said in British ships, except possibly the ones we stole from the Free French)

Doesn't sound very appetizing, I agree. Especially if you have a sense of taste and/or smell. Probably sight, too. :(

Seems high in protein, though.
