Submariners Menu 1941
Bit busy today bashing my brains out working in CS3 Flash, I always forget how convoluted it is.
So anyway...
Here's a typical British Submariner's weekly menu from 1941
Bon appetite! (as they never said in British ships, except possibly the ones we stole from the Free French)
Apparently they liked powdered eggs and tomato sauce and called it a car crash or something.
We should all have a 1941 Submariner's Christmas! Imagine the fun.
Although the yule log might be a bit of a safety hazard.
