So lots has happened since I last updated this thing. Lots of drama and crazy busy but things are finally sorting themselves out.
Found a new allergy doctor (the first one was a complete idiot and was unwilling to work with me at all)... And I'm going to be started on allergy shots soon. Went to the office today, and he wanted to do some pulmonary functions tests on me to make sure I didn't have allergy-induced asthma (cuz when I was at Crystal's house I woke up in the middle of the night wheezing, which had never happened before). So they were okay, not great, and my chest hurt to bad after blowing into that thing that I thought I was going to die. So he tried an albuterol neb and then repeated the PFTs, and they were WAY better. Sooooo... I have asthma now. Go figure. Never in a million years would I have suspected it. But I feel better after that neb than I have in months. So some albuterol + allergy shots and MAYBE I'll feel like a normal person again!
And I finally joined a community band. I am now a proud member of the Durham Community Concert Band, and it is a blast! It's just a bunch of people who, like me, really love it and are doing it just for fun. It's completely no-pressure, just for enjoyment, and it is wonderful. I'm so glad I finally decided to do it. Anyone in the Raleigh area who wants to do band and just have fun with it, join!!!
My computer crashed... God only knows why. Todd tried to fix it and it's still not working, so I'm having my dad take a look at it. I just replaced the hard drive so I have no idea why it keeps crashing. Luckily I had everything backed up on Todd's computer so I don't THINK I lost anything. BUT I have to use his computer for now and his keyboard is REALLY starting to annoy me.
KENNY CHESNEY CONCERT IN 2 DAYS!!! (well technically one now...) This will be concert #6 for me, year #5 in a row. And it never gets old. It's going to be awesome. And Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert are opening, which is also quite awesome. So excited!
