Crepes of Joy
So, I finally got a chance to go to "Crepe in the Grip", the little crepe shop in Alhambra that Miki told me about, wee! It's pretty good! I thought it was very tasty any way, but I haven't had crepes in Japan yet, so she'll really have to come back and try it and tell me how they compare. The shop itself is a bit kitchsy, and they play the pop music kinda loud, so I'd more recommend getting your crepe and going than sticking around. But it wasn't at all crowded on a Sunday night.
I got whipped cream with strawberries and chocolate sauce! My mum got Strawberries with custard creme and chocolate, and my nephew Cameron got strawberries with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. We all stayed pretty tame, but next time I'm going to try the kiwi!!! Maybe Strawberry/kiwi ^____^ Yum! They need to have a crepe shop in Little Tokyo. Some day, when I own Frances Bakery, I'm going to ad a crepe griddle so that you can get crepes as well as cakes and tea! ^____^
On a side note: I HATE MY ROOM MATE!!! She always goes in and starts the shower with out asking if I need anything from the bathroom first!!! I ALWAYS ASK BEFORE I USE THE SHOWER!!! And you know what? Usually she needs something, which should make her think about MY possition! Little wench... *sigh*...
