Talk about a moment in which you wished you had a camera.
Karaoke night at the Delta Sig frat house. They were all maybe a little tipsy. Some more than others. Morgan was rip rearing ready to go sing on stage. And who better to sing to than Pat Benatar?
"Your love is like a tidal wave, spinning over my head, drownin' me in your promises, better left unsaid. Youre the right kind of sinner, to release my inner fantasy! The invincible winner, and you know that you were born to be!" Morgan was basically screaming the lyrics out, but she wasn't right next to the microphone, she had to dance along!
When the best part kicked in, Morgan suddenly found herself joined on stage by her two bestest friends, Corinne and Jason. Together they all crooned, "Youre a heartbreaker, Dream maker, love taker, Dont you mess around with me! Youre a heartbreaker, Dream maker, love taker, Dont you mess around - no no no!" They sang the rest of the song together, taking turns at the mic until they got to last few verses, then they boogied down as they sang.
Morgan was laughing and singing and boogieing so much that she ended up falling off the stage so Jason, in a spur of the moment need for a climax to their little show, grabbed Corinne and gave her a big kiss, right on the mouth. The crowd cheered, Morgan cackled from her place on the floor and Jason was pushed off of Corinne good naturedly.
They both came to her rescue and the three of them returned to the makeshift bar for more jello shots. Morgan wished she had brought a camera along, to document the night. It would have made for one hell of a scrapbook page.
