Rail chaos 'due to rushed work'
RUSHED work?!
The West Coast Main Line has been being upgraded for as long as I can remember! Or maybe not that long but it's been going on since not long after I went to uni so a good 7 or 8 years.
Or maybe all those years were just fixing holes and the actual upgrade only started recently or maybe all their upgrades just meld into one but rushed?!
