(no subject)
Today at work we had a knit & natter event and the lovely ladies (and it was all ladies) who came each made at least one link for this "paper" chain (one lady crotcheted hers! :D) AND I actually managed one too. I mean if you look at it too close then the rows are distinctly wobbly and untidy but it's the right width and length and it looks fine from a distance.
I am still basically in denial about it being December at all really (people who live far from the UK I fear your cards may be a little late!) but we have our advent wreath and our two advent calendars- today we had a little cherub in our paper calendar and lemon thyme tea in the tea-bag calendar!
And this evening I need to make St Nicholas Biscuits because even if I'm the only one at home tomorrow they're important *nods* and I can take them into work on Friday after my sneaky midweek day off :D
