Um... this review of CSI got even longer than usual but I had a lot of ~feelings :P

Seriously? Woman killed by MOUNTAIN LION?! I mean presumably the crime is more about how she got there but YUCK
Wait Nick and Doc Robbins out on a case? And Nick just believes a random guy who stops him in the street and says some girl is dead? IDEK. Mind you it seems there really is a dead girl OH GOD SHE'S PREGNANT AND... IDEK they're cutting the baby out?
I'm simultaneously going EWWWWWW and worrying about Nick and Doc Robbins getting in trouble and also HOPING the baby survives :-/

And other case again- she was mauled by a lion after being beaten up AND attacked with a stun gun :-( and oh she ran a battered woman's shelter... we're really ramping up the angst today aren't we.
*blinks* did Nick just call Doc Robbins Albert? I mean that was a nice moment between them and all but... yeah.
"leading cause of death in pregnant women is expectant fathers" ... that can't be true can it? Depressing thought either way.
Aaaaaaand the "grandmother" didn't think her daughter was having sex let alone pregnant... always weird how they can hide these things.

And we're into weird animal fetishes. I miss Grissom and his total lack of judgement or fuss over this stuff. It's been getting worse since he left. Mind you this guy does seem more than a little skeevy with his "pets"
I'm going off Sara and Ray with every second of this episode. But I also have a sinking feeling this is going to be Miami like and prove them right :-| Yep. Looks like it. BAH. Non-standard sexualties? Totally up for judging and women who run a battered women's shelter? totally going to choose guys who will kill them even though they've been living successfully and independently for ages.
Oh teenagers and babies :-( bad combination.
But seriously Nick? Apparently babies make him go crazy like hookers with a heart of gold do (also people hurting Greg... that's a weird trio of things to set a guy off)
Oh and now he's going to take down the bullies for "justice" OH DEAR mind you Ecklie will actually support him if he finds the evidence. He's kind of fab sometimes.
Oh look, Ray is being judgey at Lady Heather now *rolls eyes* and now we're getting BDSM 101 again YOU MEAN THE MASTER MIGHT NOT BE THE ONE WITH THE POWER (okay so I think fandom may be twisting my sense of what people should know but BAH) And Ray? You should let her help.
And the stun gun didn't match the pet owner guy? Maybe I'm right at being judgey at Sara's judgeyness *coughs* that sentence makes sense in LOTS of universes.
Oh :-( it was the bff and co-owner of the battered women's shelter. "For her own good" that's never a good phrase :-| "I wanted to rescue her like she rescued me" and that's an equally bad phrase oh you foolish woman.
Oh and SUDDENLY Ray & Sara understand and totally get it I HATE THEM (I don't hate them... I just hate this thing that the show does)
And the other storyline is bullying by evil bitch cheerleaders and the whole school knew THEY'RE ALL GUILTY (although nice nod that the school tried and sadly made it worse :-/)

And the police are going in to get the bullies? Oh I WISH it worked like that in real life.
Oh and now they're blaming the whole internet and the way we watch videoes without any sense of responsibility which... yeah fair point probably.

OH RAY ♥ I forgive you everything for trusting Heather and going to her with your Nate Haskell stuff and she's already seen beyond it and OH RAY "if I'm helping people I'm not hurting them"... I'd forgotten his angst about the violence inside him :-(
