Night Showers:
Our monsoon in the valley has started. We got our first real down pour this evening. It was lovely. Doesn't happen often so when we do have a rain it is wonderful. The heat cools a bit. Not as much as it could... but hey, I'll take it.
Alex was having one of those days today. He just has all this energy and it's hot out so I don't want to go out... so he stays in the house and gets that itch ya know. Hard of hearing, doesn't want to do anything, and picks on his brother to get attention. *smacks forehead* Sometimes I just want to pull my hair out. The key word being "sometimes."
"Tomorrow we will choose better choices" is the talk we had before we went to bed tonight. Hopefully he will sleep on it and it will sink in? I hate forcing quiet time in his room and that is what he got today. AND on top of that he also had a tremendously hard time picking up his room on top of all the itchiness he had.
So today was one of those days.
