Not really fair
Currently there are 2.5 people doing my job.
The workload should be 40%, 40%, 20%, but currently it is 43%, 34%, 23%. I am the 43%, and the part-timer is 23%.
The person who is 33% has a weekday off and then comes in on Sunday.
On the weekday they are out I cover for them, and get all the questions and rush jobs. It normally means I don't get anything done due to all the interruptions and having to figure out what is up with the other persons jobs.
On Sunday they get no distractions (Only person in the office), and do not do any of my work.
They often have work they need help with as they are behind.
About 3-5 times a year I ask someone to ship a couple of things for me so I can work on some rush order stuff.
I keep trying to understand why they are behind.
