... Amelia, you /are/ a girl.

I'm not convinced Amelia ever thought she was a boy; just that she felt she should be treated like one. Even Amy, who /definitely/ knows she's a girl, the two people she loves more than anyone else, the Doctor, and, for everything outside of his romantic feelings, Rory, treat her more like a boy than a girl.

However, outside of that little quibble; beautiful characterisation.
