(no subject)
I have just watched Full Metal Jacket for the first time in my life. This is not entirely true. I have walked in on the part where Leonard Lawrence shoots Hartman, but that's all of a five minute sequence, after which I kind of went "O__o.... Oooookaaaayyy?" and T'en was very ">__> FMJ. FTW. <3" And I never really understood.
I UNDERSTAND NOW.
There are days, more and more, where I'm very very certain fate, destiny, and nature got my basic gender wrong. Not that I think I'm actually a boy. Just that, like Mom always said growing up, I could've gone either way. I'm a very boy-ish girl sometimes. And a very girl-ish boy. :D Cointoss.
I have massive love for Gunnery Sergeant Hartman. He says some of the most fantastic things in the WORLD. :D And evidently, over 50% is IMPROVISED.

Actually, watched the first half a second time in the background, because the DVD is the type that goes "you stare at the title menu too long. I START ANYWAYZ. :D" *SHRUG* XD;
Anyway, will sleep eventually. Needed this movie. Needed it badly, evidently. Poked Niels and Billy really, really hard. <3 Am loving.
