Sam's already gone..(taken from myspace page)
The time went by so fast it was kind of like she just got here and then she left..with so much happening in between:) Everything didn't go as planned like for instance, going to Clearwater was supposed to be GREAT it's called one of FL's prettiest beaches..but it was nasty when we went because number one we had never heard of Red Tide before and number two no one even on the news was talking about it...it's was disgusting..the fish were all dead and ashore..so it smelled like fish and this algae affects their respiratory system and they eventually run out of air and die and this guy said that some people get sore throats from being around it and sheesh I had to be one of those people huh?? I still feel crappy from it..my sinuses and throat were swollen and raw..but we were still determined to have a good time so we did:) Linda's was very fun and relaxing and we stayed in the pool for 7 hours:) We didn't realize it until after we got out..by then it was too late to drive home, get ready, eat something somewhere in there and go to HOB...So I was sorry that Sam didn't get to meet Serena:( and we missed DJ Icey:( So the next day..the 4th!!! We finally met up with Dimitri who had no voice either and Domonic who was full of energy as always:) and I was right Sam fell in love with him:) She likes Dimitri and we all had fun...after we went to eat that is...Long story but the bbq wasn't exactly as we'd thought but we all ended up in the pool with mini-D:) He got so much attention he didn't know what to do or which way to go!! LOL:) It was fun playing pool games with him and he's doing so good swimming too:) He's becoming more confident and I'm proud of him:) He's so determined to do things...I can see where he gets it from..*ahem* Dimitri*ahem* LOL:) Sam also enjoyed meeting "Nana and Papa" too:) They're so nice and I'm glad "Papa" was feeling much better:) Domonic was so tired from the pool that I didn't think he was going to make it through the fireworks..but he did:) We were supposed to be going to Pleasure Island after that but as soon as we pulled through the gate to go and get ready ...it poured..and we were all in our swimsuits and didn't want to go out if it was going to rain the whole time...sheesh who wants to go out looking like a drowned rat?? So we jumped in the pool at my house after the lightning subsided might I add..LOL:)..and we stayed in there for like 3 hours..so this whole time so far was 12 hours in the pool for 2 daysLOL:) Me and Sam went to the mall and I got a pair of monkey earrings and a b-day gift for Linda..and some gelato and we hit up Quizno's afterward and headed over to hang out with "The D" and little Domonic for some Chuck E Cheese action...not the case:( The little one wasn't feeling so well..poor sweetie..so we all ended up at Friday's which was fun because we had JuneBugs..LOL:) Gotta love those and how they go down so smooth..Which is probably the reason we ended up in the pool again and for a grand total of 16 hours in the pool for three days..I think I will be a raisin or prune for my next life LOL:) Sorry for the long entry but it was to make up for a few days.....LOL:) Now Sam's gone:( I hope she makes it back safely and on time...:)
