Comics and a sucky weekend
So I went out yesterday and found Astonishing X-Men 18 and 19. I looked for more back entries but could not find them. I was gonna wait before reading what I had so that someone could fill me in, but yeah, couldn't do that. I have a basic idea, but can someone *stares at imaginaryalice* just give a summary of the whole Cassandra-Nova-Kitty-has-a-baby thing?
It feels good to be caught up on a series.
Also found an amazing t-shirt with Jayne from Serenity that says "Let's be bad guys". I am such a geek.
This weekend really bit, my cat had to be put down. He was old and had a tumor on his stomach and had lived 2 years longer than the vet expected him to, so I know it was the right thing to do, but still. It hurts. I've had him since I was 6. We got him a little after my parents divorced. I miss him so much. I'm trying not to think about it, and its helping that I'm staying at my mother's house. I think if I was at my dad's, seeing him not there would be a lot harder. And I know I'm gonna have to do it sooner or later, but again, trying not to think about it.
Someone tell me a funny story.
