Tru Calling
Finally got around to making a Harrison icon. It's nothing special, but I have a pic of him for now.
Holy Shit! I'd been wondering since the beginning if Jack was some kind of Reaper, and hoping they weren't going to rip off Dead Like Me. Well, they didn't. They actually managed to surpise me in the end with the Jack/Tru's dad meeting.
Thank gods that Harry survived (I was actually hoping they might kill her sister, but she didn't even make an appearance). I was flipping out, yelling at the TV, "Say 'Help me,' Harry! Say it! Say it!!" See, I have a confession to make. I don't do much het shipping these days, but Tru/Harrison?? Oh yeah, baby. Give me some of that.
silvertedy thinks I'm sick and that network TV will never let me have the little incestuous love story of my dreams play out on the screen. But I don't know... it is Fox, the network that brought us Temptation Island and The Swan. Is Tru/Harry really any worse than some of the stuff they've given us before?
Anyway, I can't wait to see where they take this show next season. I've really enjoyed it. I know not everyone is all into it, but this show pushes a bunch of my buttons:
1) Eliza Dushku
2) Shawn Reaves (aka Harrison)
3)Eliza running in a tank top
4) Harrison getting in trouble
5) Jack creeping me out, because creepiness is sorely absent on TV these days
6) Eliza running with her hair whipping in the wind
7) Tru and Harry caring about each other and feeding my incest fantasy
8) Eliza running in general
9) Davis (he's such a quirky, sweetheart)
10) Did I mention Eliza?
