Oops. Missed a day because the internet was b0rked. All fixed now.

I'm not quite sure how the second guy came about. I was bored in a meeting and for some reason doodled a conference phone (???) and then added sucker legs and scorpion claws and a tail. O_o

Today's pic is from wandering around Carsington Water. I think it's the bomb tower where they observed tests of the bouncing bombs in World War 2 but I'm not 100% certain.

I had kind of expected the snow to vanish overnight but instead it came back stronger than ever as I realised when I opened the door this morning to set off for work. I've finished work for the year now (yesterday afternoon) so the lounging has begun. I'm managing to avoid being completely lazy so far though. I had an impulsive scratchbuilding and painting session on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon and ended up making this Ork barricade for Warhammer 40,000 scenery purposes:
