I'm sooooo retarded
One thing you should know about me is that I am unbelievably computer illiterate. It's sad really. I know how to surf the net, play games and write papers. Anything else, I got no clue. You should have seen me when I tried to create a powerpoint presentation for the first time. I swear it was like watching Bambi trying to learn how to walk, It was awkward, clumsy and nowhere near as cute because of all the profanity. Last night I found out how computer retarded I really am.
So last night I found out what hotlinking is. I would always see "no hotlinking" whenever I got a new icon but had no idea what it actually meant. I looked it up and came to realize that that is what I did with all my icons *sheepish grin* This, of course, made me feel really bad. So to rectify the situation got myself a Photobucket account (finally figured out what that was as well), deleted all my icons and spent the rest of the night scouring LJ to find them again so I could download them onto my account. This actually turned out to be a good thing as it made me go through all my icons and get rid of the ones I no longer use. I have spent the last hour uploading the icons back onto LJ, so now everything is back to normal and all my icons are neatly organized (for the moment).
It may have taken me several hours but I completely rectified my karma which makes it alright :)
