I have trained for 3 half marathons in the past 12 months and I have run/walked two of the three races that I trained for.

Well, despite the Nashville Half being a total disaster, I have not stopped my running journey. I will be running on Thanksgiving in the Inaugural Two Rivers Ford Turkey Trot 5K to benefit New Leash On Life, a no-kill animal shelter.
