WHOA MOMMA
hahaha not as exciting as that makes it sound, but a pretty crazy day today. I finally got to see my cousin kelly after god only knows how long its been. and i met a cousin of hers on her mothers side. after talking for a while turns out i KNOW this cousin. She went to cantwell around the same time i did, and was in a band with my best buds older sis. i also remembered that i actually passed by her house with lauren once and chatted for all but 2 seconds, AND i went to two parties and she was there as well. at one of the parties we actually left together in the same car. I was reeling as i was finding this shit out. i couldn't believe it. Im her cousin by marriage! small ass world we live in....
At the party i was also chatting it up with my other cousin Eddie's (kelly's bro) girlfriend Stephanie and her mother. She goes to whittier college where my dad's cousins husband....( i dont know the exact term of the relation i just call him uncle) teaches. Turns out she knows him and actually has had two classes with him. ALSO she is interning at Edison where two of my cousins, and their father work. She knows my cousin Maria who is interning with the creative department. On top of all this mind-blowing information of connections, i find out that my cousin Lissette is ENGAGED! i was totally surprised by that. had a good sized rock. of course dunno the date yet. it happened about 10 days ago. her parents had great poker faces. didnt give anyone an inkling that this had happened. when my uncle proposed a toast, my dad actually called me over to participate. My first toast with alcohol in front of the family. many jokes cracked.
