An ending
This world is ending. Mercury is here as observer. The light is incredible as it envelops the stars and planets in its path, one after the other, all washed away in a searing white. The silence is deafening.
It is not Metalia's fault, it is not the princess' fault, nor is it any enemy's fault. Perhaps it was a simple meeting between the wrong alternates, no more than a touch. Perhaps some object from the past and future touched with no one there to stop it. It may have been as simple as a speck of dust out of place.
It is simply the instability of the nexus, a chain reaction from the collision of worlds and alternate dimensions leaving only those who do not belong to this world alive to watch its final moments.
