"Stop right there!" Not that she knows what's actually going on but Sailor Moon glares at Hawk's-Eye with her arms folded across her chest, silhouetted against an open backdrop of the street.
"For love and justice, I'm the beautiful sailor-suited soldier, Sailor Moon! In the name of the moon, I'll punish you!" The introduction comes complete with challenge gestures.
Hawk's-Eye gives Sailormoon a, 'You're kidding me, right?' look, and lifts his torch. "Time to toast this tart!" he says, and takes a couple of steps forward, blowing fire right for the senshi.
Cue another incredulous look from Hawk's-Eye. "Are you really a Sailor senshi?" he asks.
Light erupts through the flames and energy tears from the fire towards Hawk's Eye. Given that he had moved a little, he manages to dodge the attack almost completely. Uranus steps from the flames, some of her skin angry red from minor burns, and parts of her uniform singed.
She doesn't seem to particularly notice it though. She comes forward, stepping towards Hawk's Eye, sword raised.

Uranus's attention snaps for a brief moment at that unfamiliar voice. But she knows that fuku and that hair well enough. Sailormoon?!
Hawk's-Eye takes advantage of the distraction to blow fire at Uranus again. She stumbles back, raising a hand to her face to ward off as much heat as possible. "Space Sword Blaster!" she counters a moment later, and Hawk's-Eye goes down hard.

Sailor Moon gives a quick nod, remembering herself as soon as Uranus attacks their foe. She reaches for her weapon, and it finds its way to her hand.
"Moon Spiral Heart Attack!" The energy streams towards Tiger's Eye, though the attack of her first transformation is nowhere near the strength of her second.

"Wh--" Hawk's-Eye lifts an arm to block the attack, and it bears down on him a moment before he knocks it away completely with a scoff. "Is that it?" he mocks, standing again.
"Stay out of this!" Uranus shouts to Sailormoon almost angrily. Hawk's-Eye had been preparing another attack for Moon, but is rudely interrupted as Uranus slams into him. To save Moon? Maybe.
"Didn't work?!" Her eyes widen and she freezes up for just a moment- but a moment is long enough to have hurt her if Uranus hadn't attacked Hawk's-Eye instead.
"Why didn't it work?" She prepares to try again, unwilling to believe so quickly that her power is no good at all, but at this angle she might hit Uranus, and she hesitates instead.
"Uranus, what's going on? Who is he?" No, she didn't ask that while he was obviously attacking people with fire. But it's become even more confusing now. Why isn't her attack working?
She's a little busy here, Moon. Can't you see that?
Uranus stumbles back a couple of steps, lowering to one knee. She cuts her sword up in a slashing motion, unleashing energy on Hawk's-Eye. She pays no attention to Sailormoon this time.
Uranus nearly gets in the way of it, inadvertently. (It's what she gets for deliberately ignoring the girl.)
Hawk's-Eye takes a moment longer, slipping a little under the girl's attack. He forces off most of it, avoiding the brunt of the attack. "Knock it off!" he curses at Sailormoon, struggling back to his feet.
He prepares another attack hastily. Uranus should just let it happen, teach the girl a lesson...
"Space Sword Turbulence!" The attack is a hasty one, but it's powerful, and there's nothing left of Hawk's-Eye or the surrounding area when the light fades. Uranus' shoulders slump for a moment as she catches her breath.
