After frustrating ordeals with finding a PCP that actually still accepts HMOs, I found a doctor that DID.. and I called to verify and he does.. and he's accepting new patients. So I have an appt scheduled for next Tuesday at 3pm. Then I had to call BCBSTX and get an address change and that took forever but the lady was super nice.. and glad that's taken care of now. I was gonna have to have a physical insurance card to take in but the lady on the BCBS line called the doctor and said I could print out a piece of paper to bring in.
Now, only thing I'm worried about is if this doctor will be able to do anything about my PCOS or if I'll have to get a referral to somewhere else to get it all checked out. Guess we'll see in a week ;;
