Hello
My name is Carli and I live on the planet Earth with a lot of other humans
And we all do human things together, like dress up and play pretend
We make fires and dance and drink and tell stories
We eat and smile and laugh
And for how alike we all are, each of us is different.
How we all get to be so unique, I don't know.
We all have goals and dreams, but they're different for each of us.
We all want to be happy, but happiness is something new each day
And it means something different from person to person.
Happiness is
A cup of tea
A jar of honey
Barefoot
Being in love
Comfy bed and sleeping bag
Taking pictures of flowers
Farmer's market bread
Campfire and company
Happiness is smores and giggling
And friends, old and new
Or at least that's what happiness is today.

To be honest. Dreams and aspirations put happiness in the future, when it should be in the present. A good balance of both should suffice.
I'm sleepy. Renaissance festival was amazing. We were pirates. I am in love with the world.
