They Should See Us Falling

So LindSay just asked me if I would mack it with my favorite theatre actor (who shall go by the name SeaBass) if he had mutton chops and a powered wig... DOES SHE NOT KNOW ME?!?!? That's the hottest thing I've heard all day!!!

For serious.

So, I just signed TC and myself up for horse riding lessons. Not that I have all this extra cash to throw around, but what the heck! I've been wanting to get lessons for a long time, and thanks to David Rigsby (most awesome rodeo cowboy ever!) I found a really great deal through Los Angeles City College. And they will be at TEC where I was looking for lessons originally... but to go directly through them would have cost $60 more for same the amount of lessons. And there are only 8 people in the class, so it's not like there will be too many people to learn anything. Yay! I'll get to check one of my life goals off my check list!!!!! It's been a while since I checked one off. All of this acting biz was sucking up all of the money and time I would need for achieving the checklist goals. Maybe I'll start having more time to achieve them. Hooray fizzle!

I've been dreaming of India Sweets and Spices restaurant all day, but TC wouldn't come with me and I didn't want to eat out alone. Not my thang. So I had leftovers from a couple of days ago... and chicken and rice doesn't cut it when masala chai and dhal and curried chickpeas and naan and paneer with peas has been on your mind.

So I made up for it with a handful of peanut butter cookies. And still... no satisfaction.

But, thanks to O magazine, I have found about an awesome website: futureme.org
It's a website by which you can write the future you an email to be delivered on a certain date in the future. How cool is that. So I could email me future self a year from now to gloat about how much I was sweating my butt off yesterday running around in lovely sunny weather.

And quote of the day "Instead of planning to be perfect, plan to do a little better."
