Obligatory OMG SQUEE A FOOT OF SNOW AND NO SCHOOOOOOL* :D
I am studiously ignoring the fact that today was supposed to be a geology lab exam, and I will probably be making it up *very* early Wednesday morning. Studiously! *whimper*
But I want classes to be cancelled tomorrow (on my birthday :D), because that =/= Chinese class, =/= Chinese homework back (necessary for studying) = NO test Thursday = watching my Chinese prof flounder over what, exactly, he's going to do now :D
Oh, and all my sisters had to go, but I didn't :D
*For you poor unlucky souls who do *not* live in Vancouver, we *never* get snow. Maybe an inch of wet snow for one day every year, and then it's gone. Vancouverites do not know how to *deal* with snow. We panic, forget how to drive, have lots of accidents, lose power, and shut down schools at the first sign of the white flaky stuff. Ergo, Vancouver snow = armageddon :D :p We get it so rarely that when I was younger, my parents would let us all stay home *any* time it snowed even a decent amount. We couldn't be expected to miss the chance to play in the snow because of school :D
