Wedding Booking Number One

So I sent an email to laughingkat's mom and it is official: we have booked our officiant for the wedding! Kat's mom, Reverend Linda, has always been like a mom to me. She even put up with me when I was a sullen, bratty teenager. :) I am so honored that she is doing the wedding for us! She did Kat's wedding, of course, and it was really great -- both touching and funny, and just what Liz and I want. Plus, I think Liz is happy that I will have a "proxy mom" at my wedding. :D

I can't stop grinning. If it weren't for this fabulous plan of mine, I might be tempted to put that ring on her finger tonight....
