Here we go. Meme time again!
1. Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 18, and find line 4:
"time, true. His feeling that way and her stepping around it and" (it's one of my Nan's books. A mystery one, I think. By Patricia Cornwell.)
2. Stretch your left arm out as far as you can, what do you reach:
A bright green velvet cushion.
3. What is the last thing you watched on TV?
Boston Legal. That, Doctor Who and Torchwood are about the only things I watch these days - I'm not even as much of a Futurama addict as I used to be.
4. Without looking, guess that time it is:
7:05.
5. What time is it really?
7:19. Damn. 14 minutes off.
6. With the exception of the computer, what can you hear?
The television blasting, so that Grandpa can hear it. (yes, that means I have the net at my Nana's now!)
7. When did you last step outside? What were you doing?
To get a photo of my cat, and various other things around my Nan's house.
8. Before you started this survey, what did you look at?
My ever-mounting pile of dA messages.
9. What are you wearing?
Cream shirt, green board-shorts, black and white thongs. (I mean flip-flops, you know, or whatever you other-country people call them. :P
10. Did you dream last night?
Everyone dreams every night. It's a well known fact! (unless of course, they didn't sleep then) Remembering it, on the other hand, is an entirely different story. And I cannot remember.
11. When did you last laugh?
Today, when a friend of mine play-threatened to throw another friend of mine in the school dumpster. He sure did get a fright when he almost did it, too. :P (he didn't actually throw him in; it was a scare-joke) But it was spectacular to watch, and both of them were laughing afterwards, too. XD
12. Seen anything weird lately?
My Nana with a WiFi modem. Seriously, the two just do not go together. XD
13. What do you think of this quiz?
Yet another quiz. With a hint of "I feel like I've done this before..." syndrome.
14. What is the last film you saw?
Gattaca for my sci-fi class. It was okay. Though the murder felt a little... I dunno, out-of-place? That's just me.
15. If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy?
I'd buy the entire Adobe Suite! :D And, really fast WiFi for mum's house, a laptop for Nan, and an extended dA subbie. And presents for my freinds... and then I'd save the rest for uni and... just for the sake of saving money.
16. If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would it be?
I would... I'm not sure. There's too many things that could really do with changing, but one idea is to make the politicians honest and good people, not hell-bent on making money and being idiots and starting wars.
17. Do you like to dance?
Not really. I've done the Macarina before, but that was years ago. I'm just not a dancer. Though, I have been known to do the *cough* air piano, air guitar, and air violin when no one's looking.
18. George W. Bush:
desperately needed to be gotten rid of. Not everyone will agree with me, but I know a lot will.
19. Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her? a boy?
To be honest, I don't plan on having one. I have a number of reasons for this, (for one, the world population is cramped enough) and I have no idea what I'd call either the boy or the girl, anyway.
20. Would you ever consider living abroad?
Of course! Who do you think I am?! Always wanted to go to England, Japan, Canada and a few places scattered around Europe. Perhaps America. That one's debatable - I'm not sure what I'd enjoy seeing there.
21. The last song you listened to on your portable music device.
I don't remember! I haven't used it in a few days.
22. Tag six people who must also do this in their notes!
But I don't know six people to tag! DX
