That's a question that I have a hard time answering even for myself. If I had a better idea about what I was interested in I feel like I'd be less bored and agitated when I'm restless.
When it comes to fandom stuff I've been really into Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss as of late. I started several Alastor-centric fanfics that I haven't gotten very far with. He's by far my favorite character.
I was really really into Beetlejuice for a while, but the fandom on tumblr sort of made me lose interest. Apparently it's very common to call people predators and criminals if you don't like the right sort of pairings these days. I spent a lot of energy being very mad about that from 2019-2022. Then I got over it.
Loved the musical and the sequel movie that came out just recently though. It was very fun.
Watched the Wicked movie on New Years Eve when it came out to rent on Amazon. It was amazing and I love that Wicked is getting a lot of love again. Also that Galinda and Elphaba are very gay in the new movie. I mean, they were in the musical as well, but they didn't try to tone it down at all in the movie.
Most of my time is spent on mobile games these days, which is such a time and mind suck that I really have to find something else to do.
I want to get back into drawing this year if possible. And I'm attempting journaling again because I'd like to try to develop a habit of sitting down and writing every day, whether it be a journal or a story or a fanfic or SOMETHING. I want to create something in my relaxation time that I can go and look at again later so that I get dopamine residuals from it or something.
I also want to get back into video games. I bought Sea of Stars for Christmas and I still haven't touched it because I've just been so tired and uninterested in doing anything mentally engaging.
As I mentioned in my last post I am hoping for the tiredness and mental disengagement to lower a bit this year now that I am not sick and am medicated. So hopefully I can get back to enjoying my downtime instead of just trying to recover.
Hopefully I'll find more stuff to enjoy in the coming year.
