Only in a small town would someone come by to take wheelchair bound nursing home residents for an authentic horsedrawn carriage ride. Basically we used the three male staff memebers we have to literally lift them up out of their wheelchairs and up into the buggy seats. Ya know what the best part of working with people with alzheimers is? They can be so damn funny! Much like me after a couple of stiff drinks, they lose their inhibitions and have very little impulse control.

I finally, two months late, got my job evaluation yesterday. At first it was bad (by my standards) and I was pissed.
