crash.
so...tristan was involved in a head-on collision at about 8 last night with a woman who was driving in the wrong lane on leesville rd. she apparently neither apologized, nor seemed fazed in the least by the incident. in fact, the only real emotion she seemed to display at all was amazement when he told her that that was his first real auto accident.
we took a fairly painless trip to the er afterwards, just to make sure there was no concussion or other injury (his airbags deployed, but they were empty and useless--he thinks he hit his head on the windshield). the doctor laughed and told him how lucky he was--not only for the fact that he walked away from the accident, but also that he was being discharged with his very own massage therapist. ;) he's pretty shaken, and i have a feeling he's going to be sore as hell for the next few days, but other than that he's fine. thank heaven.
his car on the other hand...is totaled.
so. if anyone knows of any cheap-ass *running* cars for sale, please get in touch with one of us. :/
