Glee Top 108 - #097 "I wanna sex you up"
Going to work my way through the 108 songs, hopefully one per day. This includes all 100 released singles, whether they appeared on the show or not, as well as 8 which were not, over the course of season 1. It was difficult for me to play favorites and put them all in some order, it’s just not something I’m comfortable at doing, but then I DID want to do it, so I buckled down and now here we are.

This lineup was a bit… odd, mostly by Sandy’s presence… Howard’s absence… (What? *shrug*) But that hardly factors into things at this point. The guys rocked it! I loved the staging of it, from the opening, with the lights creating their silhouettes. Sandy… hee hee… He just makes me giggle… They’re all just a bunch of cool cats, aren’t they? And I love getting to see familiar faces’ reactions all throughout. And this is the first time we get a bit of Puck singing and dancing, which was exciting (right, Sue?). I really liked the choreography in this number, from the formations to the moments where they were all spread out. Again the crowd is part of this. I love seeing Terri actually happy, you know? And Emma’s smile can power the universe! But woah, I didn’t notice at first there was Henri in the audience AND HE HAS A HOOK FOR A HAND! My goodness… Still, I can’t help but going ‘at a parent/teacher thing? This song? With students and teachers both? Really?’ Oh well, it’s still good fun.
